30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item (AGAIN CLUB commercial policy, more generous than the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal).

Conditions

• Items unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in their original condition.
• First exchange free (subject to stock).

Procedure

Contact us at rm2410@icloud.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions.

Refund

Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued within 5 to 7 business days (up to 14 days maximum), using the original payment method.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Under the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As our items are standard catalogue designs (not customised to the customer's request), this right fully applies.

Return costs

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
