Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern sales of products offered by AGAIN CLUB (Raphaël Meslem, sole proprietorship) on againclub.fr to any consumer (the "Customer").

2. Products

The products are print-on-demand garments. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match (screen colours, etc.).

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

The Customer confirms the order after reviewing it. The sale is concluded upon order and payment confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by card and other methods offered at checkout, via a secure provider. Orders are processed only after payment is received.

6. Production & delivery

As items are printed on demand, a production lead time is added to the shipping time. Times and rates are detailed on the Shipping page.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. AGAIN CLUB applies a more generous 30-day commercial policy (see Refund policy).

8. Returns & refunds

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law.

10. Consumer mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The European online dispute resolution platform is available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
